Emily Jallat

Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Neuropsychologist

Honours in Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology of Cognitive Disorders.

Emily is passionate about supporting serving and ex-serving ADF members to live their best lives. She is a registered psychologist, an AHPRA-endorsed Clinical Psychologist, a member of the Australian Psychological Society and Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Emily holds an honours degree in Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology of Cognitive Disorders. She was the Director of the ADF Centre for Mental Health from 2018 to 2022 and has extensive experience working with serving and ex-serving members.

Emily works with veterans experiencing stress, career concerns, interpersonal difficulties, depression, anxiety and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She draws on a variety of evidence-based techniques in her work, including Schema Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Emily offers face-to-face consults from her rooms in beautiful Fairlight on Sydney’s lower North shore, and telehealth consults Australia-wide.
