Louise is an engaging and compassionate psychologist with a passion for working with individuals from operational backgrounds through a collaborative and individualised approach. Prior to registration as a psychologist, Louise worked as a Police Officer and with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade with overseas postings to the Middle East and South Asia working closely with ADF on deployments and in Australia.

Louise has a strong interest in trauma-informed care and developing strength through knowledge and individual growth. Louise works with individuals experiencing trauma, grief and loss, stress, burnout, anxiety and depression, and adjustment difficulties. Louise draws upon techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Louise offers face-to-face sessions in Scarborough, Brisbane, and Australia-wide telehealth.
